1. Return Policy :
estorewale.com’s Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased within 01 day of receipt of the product.
a. Returns are subject to the estorewale.com return policy. Buyers can conveniently place their return request online if you’ve received an item in a ‘Dead on arrival/ faulty product items’, ‘Order Error’ (meaning , the wrong model/specification shipment by estorewale) or Received Wrong Item / damaged item ‘state.
b. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
c. No exchange or returns are accepted for any product delivered and the product’s factory seal is opened as long as estorewale delivered the right product and is as per the order.
1.1 Return Policy is applicable only when :
a. The return request for the products is to be sent within 01 day of the receipt of the product only for physically damaged products.
b. Once the return request is accepted you would receive a mail with return instructions & return address.
c. The product to be returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories which were shipped along with the product.
d. In case of branded electronic items, return, repair, and replacement policy will apply according to the particular Brands / OEM’s replacement & Support policy. No return or replacement allowed for electronics goods once the factory seal opens for any reason.
e. Dead on arrival / faulty product – Items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories & the reason for returning.
f. Order Error* – product must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
g. Other – Please share the details for the return of the product or refund reasons which may also include the gateway server issues, transaction failures, double payment etc.
h. Received Wrong Item / damaged item – Points to be shared about the wrong/damaged item received along with the photographs.
i. Once the item is received back to us confirmation mail is being sent to the buyer.
j. All returns expenses must be borne by the buyer irrespective of the reason for return. No refund of return cost will be made by the estorewale.com
2. Return Exceptions Policy:
a. Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
b .Anything missing from the package, have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
c. Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
d. The product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to the malfunctioning of the product.
e. Products returned with tampered or missing serial numbers.
f. Products used and noticed that the performance is not up to the expectations.
3. Refund Policy :
a. We understand how much you value and care for your every purchase. We strive to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience.
b. 100% Refund Will be issued to the customers when the item is not available for sale or out of stock during any point of time before shipping the item. If there is a delay in shipping* and when buyers are not ready to wait till they get the product, they can request a refund ( 5% gateway charges deducted) by writing to us on support@estorewale.com so that it could be initiated for refund in 24 Hrs. However, the actual credit to the buyer account takes up to 10 working days based on their bank’s formalities.
c. However, in case, buyer requests for the refund on their own reasons, before the actual shipment of the ordered product, estorewale.com shall make the refund by charging order cancellation charges of 5% on the transaction amount.
d. In case, the buyer returns the product ( by rejecting the delivery acceptance), the actual onward shipping and reverse shipping charges charged are deducted to the buyer while making a refund.
e. A refund may not be possible once the product is shipped out when making the refund/cancellation request.
f. Buyers shall be required to send the refund request to support@estorewale.com by agreeing to deduct 5% processing charges in the transaction amount.
g. If ordered to the non-serviceable locations, we request the buyer to share the alternate address to ship, even then if it is non-serviceable, then the order would be canceled and a refund would be initiated by deducting order cancellation charges of 5%.
h. Order cancellation for any other reason will be done @ 5% Cancellation fees, which includes but not limited to the reasons stated above under 1.1.g . a refund would be initiated in 24 hours.
4. Refunds are issued when
a. The product returned under shipping error/late delivery ( except in the case, restrictions imposed by government authorities on the movement of manpower or goods and subject service availability by the delivery service partner / in case of natural calamities, bad weather conditions etc. ) only the product cost is refunded.
b. In the event of lockdown (like COVID 19) kind of situation or during natural calamities, we restrict order delivery services to few locations based on guidelines of government and policy of the service provider, the same would be reflected in the home page and checkout pages and few other pages as an alert. However order placed by the buyer in spite of alert, if order delivery location is beyond the service limit, then the buyer will have below options :
- The buyer can take a refund by deducting the cancellation fees of 5% if the product is not shipped.
- If the item is shipped and valid tracking details are provided to the buyer but delayed due to the issue beyond the control of estorewale, then the buyer needs to wait for the product ordered till shipment reaches the buyer.
- If the item is shipped and valid tracking details are provided to the buyer but delayed due to the issues beyond the control of estorewale, even then if the buyer needs a refund, a refund can be issued only after return initiated by the service provider or delivered back to the estorewale’s warehouse. In this case, the buyers are charged normal cancellation charges of 5% along with to and fro charges as charged by the service provider.
c. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 4 days. The refunds are initiated within 5 to 10 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
d. On product inspection of the return package, it should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories else a partial refund is issued.
e. Once the refund has been initiated confirmation mail will be sent to the buyer.
f. On order, a cancellation refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you while making the payment.
g. On product inspection, if products returned with tampered or missing serial number the order is not refunded.
h. No Refund for shipping charges are made as all return cost should be borne by the buyer. The total refund will not exceed the amount paid to estorewale.com while placing the order.
i. In case of a refund on returned products, shipping charges are deducted in the total cost paid.
5. Refund Method
a. A refund is usually made on the same method as how buyers have made the payment. It will be refunded to the same account within 10 business days.
