I have almost 8 UPS from APC, and have been using them since last 15 years. APC is my most trustworthy brand when it comes to UPS, their quality and product are the best in the category.Even after having such great products there are technological limitations that Batteries are going to give up after 3-4 years of usage. Recently I had 3 of my UPS serviced by Essgi Infotech.I got their number from APC Customer Support, I spoke to Arun who is the manager and he was very Professional and quickly scheduled the replacement. The replacement was done by Mahesh Raja, he was very quick an experienced professional and very polite and courteous. Due to some miscommunication he did not get all the batteries required in all the 3 UPS so he came back next day to replace the missing part. He was punctual both the times and gave us service assurance in case of any future issues, by taking ownership and sharing his direct number.I would highly recommend Essgi Infotech service for any UPS related issues.

The engineer Mr. Mahesh was on time and fixed the issue. Also he guided us how to take care of small issues by ourselves. The work was done within 15 minutes. I am fully satisfied with the service.
