Yes*. We deliver the product across India through FedEx and India Post. If it is bigger Item, kindly check service availability . Input your Pincode and check whether the 10kg surface service available as almost all UPS goes with this plan. If the service type is yes then service is available to your location, However, in some situations like COVID -19, we may restrict the delivery based on service provider availability and put banner alert on our stores and buyer need to adhere to the alert. * Currently we have restricted delivery services due to Covid-19 issue. Yes. You could make offline payment by NEFT/ RTGS. You can also make offline payment by scanning the QR code . You will get account details when you place the order for offline payment while placing the order. Docket number update happens as soon as we prepare the shipment for delivery. However, it will take some time to update in the courier service provider server. Usually, it happens late at night. Hence, don't be panic and request you to wait for some more time to get an update. Track it preferably the next day.

Yes. You will get 100% ITC benefit, provided that you mention your correct GST no. while checking out. If the GST no. mentioned is wrong you will not get the credit. If you notice the GST No mentioned on the invoice is incorrect or not mentioned please bring to notice as soon as you receive the product so that we will correct the same on priority.
Yes. All products sold by us are genuine and you will get GST paid invoice (Our GST details mentioned on the invoice) for every item goes out of our warehouse. You will get the invoice copy (hard copy) on the top of the box pasted just behind the address label. Currently, we may not support the soft copy, but you can make them softcopy your self. But we can support with softcopy sent to your registered mail id only after delivery of the product for which you are required to opt the respective services by adding it to the cart. We normally use Amazon / Delhivery as our preferred courier options for all our surface transport mode. If the Amazon / Delivery surface is not available to the given Pincode then we try other shipping options like GATI, / VRLetc. All our air shipment is being sent through India Post (Speed Post) and hence reach every location in India.

All products sold by us are brand new, factory sealed and with the manufacturer warranty. In case of any issues even from day one, you need to get in touch with APC Support and log the service request, so that the technician comes to your place and either service or replace the product. However, we may assist you in getting the issue resolved in case if you find it difficult. We do not take back the product shipped once to the buyers.
We provide 21 days Dead on arrival Support which includes 1-day Physical Damage Support. In case of any issues within 21 days of invoice date buyer will get the brand new unit as a replacement from the nearest APC service center. Normally DOA replacement takes about 3-4 working days normally after registering the service request. Please click here to understand the DOA policy. We pack every item with special care with bubble/ plastic wrap on original packing. Normally physical damages do not happen. However, in case of physical damage reported immediately are taken care and a replacement from the nearest APC service center will be arranged in a week time. Buyers will get the e-mail with the tracking docket number and the shipping service provider once the item is shipped. Please visit their respective website and track with the docket number provided. You can click here to track your product once you have tracking details. We do not provide tracking details for Local Bangalore orders as it is normally hand-delivered. In a few cases, if the item is shipped through India Post / Speed post because of the non-availability of private courier service providers, tracking is available in their website Once the item is shipped, it is not in our control to deliver the product to buyers and hence we suggest buyer to directly co-ordinate with the shipping service provider such as Fedex, Delhivery for speedy action.
Usually, we ship on the same day of placing the order if the order placed before 12 PM. If it is placed later, then it would be shipped on the next working day. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. But it varies depends on service providers policy as there might be restrictions in a certain area for movement in the event like COVID 19. You might expect some delay in shipment and delivery till March 2023 on account of COVID restriction and process.
It depends on your location and your preference selected during checkout. Usually in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad it is next 2 working days delivery. Other locations may take 2-7 days as it is the surface mode transport. If it is air shipment (smaller items except for battery) it takes 1-2 days. For speedy delivery, you may followup with respective service provider such as FedEx / Amazon and request for the delivery
We refund the orders if it is requested before shipping the product. We will deduct 5% order cancellation charges before making a refund. It is not possible to make a refund once the item is shipped. In case still refund requested after shipping, buyers are charged cancellation fees along with two and fro delivery charges as charged by the service provider, It is also noted that it may take up to 10 working days to credit to your original account where you have made the payment from.

All APC UPS products come with two years onsite warranty including battery. Few products are with a year warranty and mentioned in the product listing. RBC Batteries are with a One-year carry-in warranty. Warranty starts from the day we bill to you, not from the date of manufacturing.
Sorry. We do not have EMI options but you can pay through credit card and covert it as an EMI at a later stage by contacting your credit card company as every credit card company today has the option of converting the outstanding as EMI.

You need to call APC toll free no# and register the service request. Please make sure that you have required product details such as product sl. no. and model no. before you call them. Call center agent will take all details of your product & address and share you the case id. Once the case id is generated you will get service at your doorsteps within 48 hrs in case of A & B Class Cities and up to 72 Hrs in case of C class cities. We are sorry. We cannot provide the nearest partner address other than Bangalore as we do not have access to it. You can either buy online from our store or call customer support for getting the nearest retailer details.
We are an official store who are focussing only on APC products and can give you more attention than the competitor. Buyers are not sure who will sell the product as it is not sold by Amazon directly and it solely depends on seller credibility which buyer may not aware of. We are better at the pricing in almost all cases. We provide additional warranty for most of the products which amazon cannot provide. We give personal attention in case of issue and see that it is resolved at customer place. A business customer can get the GST benefits by claiming the ITC. The price shown on our site is the final value of the product ( in Some cases without GST). When you add these products to cart you will get the final value by adding the respective GST if any and the delivery charges which is the final amount. The final amount varies on the product and location.

It could happen because of internet failure or system issues. However, no need to be panic or to worry as you will get back the payment from the gateway company in next 48hours. If it does not happen, please share the details with the screenshot of your bank account deduction, so that we can get it corrected through gateway service provider.
Buyers are free to cancel the order anytime before shipping of the product. We have detailed refund policy please refer the same before requesting the refund. We will charge 5% Cancellation charges for cancellation or refund. All orders irrespective of the reasons are charged @ 5% cancellation charges. If you want to cancell the order, we will charge the two way shipping charges and same will be deducted while making the refund.
We strive to deliver the product to buyers in time always. If you let us know that the product is not delivered, then we may escalate to concered service provider and help to resolve the issues on priority. However if still not received below are the resolution points. 1. Delay beyond 30 days of estimated delivery - In this case we will make the full refund and ask buyer to not to accept the item if they try to deliver. If delivered, we ask buyer to return the same back to us. 2. If product lost in transit - In this case we immediately ask customer to choose either refund or we can send new product to the buyer based on the buyer's preference. 3. Undelivered Because address not found / Wrong address / Rejected by the buyer - In this case we treat the order is cancelled and we will process refund as per the refund policy by deducting 5% of the order value and the freight charges both to & from locations.
Premium delivery is a personal service where the product will reach buyer in-span of 5 hours across Bangalore city. We charge for these personal delivery charges on and above the regular delivery charges. Please note these services are available up to 2 pm and will not be available on Sundays and Public Holidays. You may select same-day delivery option during checkout.

We are Sorry ! We cannot track the manufacturing date of any products on our store, reason being a. We are the one of the top distributors for APC products in Karnataka and hence there are lots of inward and outward transaction happens on daily basis so we cannot track this data practically. b. Warranty start from day of Invoice not from day of manufacturing c. There is no expiry date as it is not the product to be sold with expiry date.
No, do not issue a warranty card for any product as invoice is to be considered as a warranty card and proof of warranty as we mention product model and serial no on the invoice itself. The reason being, warranty cards are in the box which we never open to making sure that our clients get the brand new / factory sealed products. Further, you may register the product with respective manufacturer for assurance of warranty of the product either by calling their support or registering on their website.
We are sorry. We are unable to track these data and will not accept any order based on commitments of shipping the products manufactured in particular year / month / date etc. We suggest you to refrain from placing order on us if you are particular on these aspects. We suggest you to buy these products in retail stores where you can verify these data physically and buy. We will cancel and refund those orders (where they mention about manufacturing date in order note) as per the policy by deducting cancellation charges as per the policy.
Delivery charges are applicable to all locations based on the distance calculated and their regions calculated automatically by the system. Due to the complexity of shipping and the availability of service providers, shipping charges are expensive for a few states / pincodes which is beyond our control. We may also ask to pay extra delivery charges if the delivery location is interior location as demanded by the Courier service provider but it will be informed to buyers before shipping.
RBC Batteries are covered with 2 years ( From Jan 2021) carryin warranty to nearest service center. First step is that the buyer need to register the service request with APC call center, then after getting service request no., proceed to visit nearest service center for replacement. Please also note that, in many cases, there are chances of issues in the UPS which may also needs to be serviced by the service center. RBC warranty is provided by manufacturer directly through the nearest service center from day one of your purchase.
In case of carry in service, you need to take the product back to the nearest service center to get the repair / replacement. Typically small value products are covered under the carry-in warranty where the product failure is very minimum.
We can share the formal quotation for the product you wish. However, you need to request the same by sharing mail to our registered mail id support@estorewale.com with your complete details such as name, company name, address, GST details etc. You can also opt for paid quote services to get best offer. We normally do not send quote for individual buyers, and buyers who are not sharing their completer details. We also avoid sending quotes who wish to take for comparison.
We share hard copy of the invoice along with the product. Invoice is pasted at the out side of the box in a poly thin bag. We do not have option of sending the soft copy to the buyers. It purely depends on your location pin code. Normally it may take 2-10 days based on the pin code. However, our portal will show a proximate delivery days during checkout and you may have fair idea about the delivery time.
