• Defective  UPS Products  which are not under warranty are being picked up from customer location for service within 48 working Hours of ordering. Return delivery depends on many factors like nature of the issue of the unit, customer approval, payment for repair charges etc and can discussed only after receiving the defective units.
• Repair service is provided by Service Center by its factory trained technicians and engineers at its service center where the collected units are submitted.
• Service Center Technicians will verify and and provide the estimate for repair charges, which are being shared to the customer on their registered mail id or by calling them after receiving the defective units within 48 hrs.  Based on the complexity of the issue estimation time may vary.
• Service is available only on working days excluding on Sundays and public holidays.
• Customer should make the payment for the estimation given before delivering the product.
• Repaired product will have 30 days warranty for the same issue from date of delivery of repaired product. In case of issue within 30 days we will provide the repair free of cost but may need to pay the onsite pickup & drop charges of Rs. 250/-
• In case the unit is collected for replacement of Battery,  battery will have the warranty as per the manufacturer warranty terms.
• This service applies only to the products  from 500 VA to 1500 VA all models.
• This service includes  pickup for 2  products ordered in a single order but the weight should be within 20kg.
• No refund of charges if order placed for other locations other than Bangalore.
• This collection and pickup services are limited to transportation services only. No installation and demo included.  If you need demo we suggest you to opt onsite support charges.
• Service is available only in Bangalore city limits only on normal working days except on Sundays and public holidays.
• Please mention Model & Serial no of the products in the instructions column for better management while ordering.
