UPS Support Charges for One Visit / Product:

Applicable for  UPS Upto 1500VA in Bangalore City, For Other locations there may be extra charges charged by the local service provider due to travel distance and the extra charges will be informed to the buyer before attending the call.  If buyer do not wish to pay the extra charges, call will be treated as cancelled and the refund will be process for the support charges paid under this product.

This support pack is basically created to install the batteries (RBC) for the APC products purchased from our store.

Terms  & Conditions :

Inclusions :

• One Time Onsite visit labour charges for possible trouble shooting and correction in 3-4 working days of placing the order.
• It may include the installation of battery if purchased separately.
• It may include the calibration of UPS.
• It may include the testing of UPS.
• All Calls are being attended in All Metro cities but basically this is for Bangalore customers, within 48 Working Hours.
• For cities outside Bangalore,  it may take longer time ( May be 3-5 days) to visit onsite as it is managed through APC 3rd party service providers across India. If we are unable to make the onsite visit for the reasons beyond our control, the visit charges paid will be refunded.  Please order only if you are OK with this condition.
• This service pack can be used for preventive maintenance of your UPS.
• If you have booked this service along with any product for installation, you will, first get the product through courier and then you are required to inform us about the receipt of the product by sharing the email to [email protected] so that estorewale.com will arrange the onsite engineer.

Exclusions :

• This charges may not include the repair cost of PCB or Battery.
• It may not includes corrections of site issues.
• It may not include multiple visits and multiple units or any higher models.
• Board Level Repair will not be carried out under this program.
• Request to attend calls on same day may not possible with this pack. Need to buy premium service pack along with this pack to attend on same day.

Please note :  If the unit is required to taken to service center further diagnosis, it is customer choice to allow to take it to the service center. In case taken to service center for further repair, a estimation will be provided for the further repair cost if any.  No refund is applicable for any reason once the order is confirmed.
