- It may include the installation of battery if purchased separately.
- It may include the calibration of UPS.
- It may include the testing of UPS.
- All Calls are being attended in All Metro cities, within 48 Working Hours.
- This service pack can be used for preventive maintenance of your UPS.
Exclusions :
- This charges may not include the repair cost of PCB or Battery.
- It may not includes corrections of site issues.
- It may not include multiple visits and multiple units or any higher models.
- Board Level Repair will not be carried out under this program.
Please note : If the unit is required to taken to service center further diagnosis, it is customer choice to allow to take it to the service center. In case taken to service center for further repair, a estimation will be provided for the further repair cost if any. No refund is applicable for any reason once the order is confirmed.
