We are based in Bengaluru, and on-site work is arranged from there. Coverage and response time depend on where your equipment is, so confirm your location with us before you order — we would rather tell you plainly what we can commit to than promise a visit we cannot make. Supply of genuine APC units, batteries and warranty packs is pan-India regardless.

Before you book anything, check the battery

Most UPS problems are a battery at the end of its life rather than a fault, and a genuine APC RBC cartridge is far cheaper than a service call or a new unit. Enter your model in the Battery Finder and you will see the exact cartridge and its price before you decide.
